We usually ship our orders out on Tuesdays which is the beginning of our work week. However, you may contact us to request your order be sent sooner. Each item is wrapped by hand and insulated to ensure its safe arrival.
Its normal for some of the leaves to drop during shipping and should not be a cause for concern.
Our trees have been watered daily, weeded, fertilized, trimmed, and repotted regularly. We guarantee the health of your tree upon shipping. Please unbox your plant immediately upon receiving it, place it in a shaded spot and water well for the first few days it is home with you. If you have any questions on the proper care of your new bonsai, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We provide insurance for your trees during shipping, if you have any problems with your order please reach out to us as soon as possible. All sales are final so we do not accept returns but would love the chance to resolve any issues that may occur during transit.
